It was first published in 1983 and has become a perennial favorite among student teachers. The ten choices are based on the ten commandments of the Bible. Subjects covered in this course include Adam and Eve, the Fall, original sin, the fall of man, the principles of governance, , worship, and government.The book is a response to traditional religion. For most students, Tenchology represents the culmination of their understanding of religious doctrines. Unfortunately, it is also one of the most neglected and difficult subjects.The roots of Tenchology can be traced back to both Copernicus and the Bible. He argues that man is the centre of the universe and not the earth. His version of the cosmos is that of an immobile star. According to him, the stars move about as if the Earth was the center of the universe.The b ook consists of a detailed description of the structure of the cosmos based on ten's star. The structure of the universe, which includes the movements of the stars, follows the same patterns as the pattern of stars. This makes it very hard to understand the concept of the cosmos according to ten's star.This work was also written by F. Xanthophanes who was an eminent philosopher. According to him, man is the centre of the universe and the earth and all other objects around the earth are in transit and not moving around the centre.However, Dr. Bressler decided to make his work more accessible to a wider audience. For this reason, he put out three options: Biology, Natural Philosophy, and Ethics. The nature of the cosmos, which include God, is explained in detail in the Biology option.Ethics is the focus of the Natural Philosophy option. It can be argued that the natural world which includes man is the centre of the universe. He argues that a person should be governed by natural laws, not man made laws. As a result, the natural laws have absolute priority over man made laws.
